By using Undertow you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
What Undertow is
A self-help tool for riding out a difficult moment. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for activity on your account. One account per person; do not share it.
Subscription
- Undertow costs $1.99 (USD) per month after a free first week.
- On iPhone the subscription is billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase, and it renews automatically each month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
- On the web, billing runs through Stripe and can be cancelled from the You screen.
- Cancelling stops future charges; nothing you have saved is deleted.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, resell, reverse engineer, or overload the service, or use it to harm anyone.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
